5. Delays & Exceptions

- Graggo is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues promptly.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue or issue a replacement/refund.
