Return Policy
Standard Returns
- You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the supplier’s return address and instructions.
Please do not send items back without confirmation — they will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us on contact@graggo.com immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process.
